First, you will check with you’re host and domain company supporters like Customer support.

They will resolve the this type of issues.

Otherwise, if you’ve any chance to change normal mode to debug mode. Before debug mode, first you will take backup all files then try to change any plugins update/ uninstall in Word press dashboard.
